Cloudcontrol Base writes and draws Marvel NFT comics as retro-futurist Fantastic Four family editions: domestic panels, Kirby-weight storms, and a numbered token bound to an archival sheet you can hold.
What we actually make
Each edition follows one household through a stretch of ordinary hours interrupted by the Fantastic Four’s particular weather: stretch-physics in a hallway, a force-field around a kettle, flame held at the height of a candle so the baby can sleep. We script, pencil, letter, colour, mint the token, and mill a matching archival print with the same colophon.

Book a proofing hourHow a brief becomes an issue
We ask who sits where at the table, which sibling argues, and whether the Thing’s hide should pick up the colour of your actual brickwork. Scripts stay short — eight to twenty-two pages — so the family beat is not buried under cosmic roll-call. Tokens are minted after you sign the print proof, never before.
From collectors who sat with the proofs
“They redrew my father’s cardigan three times so the orange read as Johnny’s flame without looking like a sports kit. The token metadata lists the same cardigan stitch.”Nia P., Leeds — commissioned family edition
“I wanted fewer cosmic rays and more washing-up. The middle issue still feels thin on Sue’s dialogue; they admitted as much in the reading room and added two balloons before minting.”Owen H., Lincoln — drop edition plus print pair
